Every team has a slightly different practice schedule depending on class schedule of the athletes, but here’s a sample weekly schedule of top 20 US athletic teams.

Monday
2:00 – 4:00pm: Team Practice
4:00 – 5:00pm: Weights

Tuesday
1:00 – 2:00pm: Individual Practice
2:00 – 4:00pm: Team Practice
4:00 – 4:30pm: Conditioning

Wednesday
2:00 – 4:00pm: Team Practice
4:00 – 5:00pm: Weights

Thursday
1:00 – 2:00pm: Individual Practice
2:00 – 4:00pm: Team Practice
4:00 – 5:00pm: Yoga

Friday
2:00 – 4:30pm: Team Practice
4:30 – 5:00pm: Conditioning

Saturday
9:00 – 11:30am: Team Practice
11:30 – 12:00pm: Conditioning

Sunday
Day-off
